Our expert in labour law. She has long experience in offering legal services to entrepreneurs and managing commercial disputes in court. In her professional practice she focuses on labour law – in our team, she is responsible for the labour law practice and commercial law, with special attention paid to banking law and family law.

At the moment, she is offering ongoing legal counselling services to our regular Clients, in particularly related to labour law and employer support. Since 2015 she has been providing ongoing and comprehensive legal service to two cooperative banks.

She has 10 years of extensive experience in managing commercial disputes in court.

She also provides consulting services to individual clients, focused on family and divorce law, including the related property disputes.

She is fluent in English.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She gained professional experience in a reputable Legal Office in Bielsko-Biała. Having completed her advocate’s training, she passed the relevant public exam and was listed as an advocate by the Regional Advocates’ Chamber in Bielsko-Biała.

In our office, she is responsible for the labour law practice, commercial law, with special consideration of the banking law, and she represents our clients in civil and commercial proceedings.
