He has long experience in offering legal services to entrepreneurs and managing commercial disputes in court. In his professional practice he focuses on commercial law – with special consideration of contract law, as well as in transport law and insurance law, including compensation and insurance claim court proceedings.

Currently, he is providing regular counselling to a multinational company as regards coordinating its foreign operations, especially with relation to agreements with foreign contractors. He offers specialist consulting services to entrepreneurs operating in Transport and Logistics. He provides both ongoing support and help during court proceedings and debt recovery – based on his extensive knowledge of the practical aspects and complexities of this sector. He has 10 years’ experience in debt recovery, with special consideration of supporting entrepreneurs in pre-trial proceedings, in court and during enforcement proceedings. As regards insurance law, he used to manage the legal department of an insurance claim company from Katowice, and before he worked for a legal office in Bielsko-Biała, where he specialised in insurance law and provided comprehensive legal service to a regional branch of an insurance company.

He is fluent in English and holds the TOLES Advanced (legal English) certificate.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2014-2020 he was listed as an advocate by the Regional Advocates’ Chamber in Bielsko-Biała. In 2020 he was registered on the list of attorneys at law kept by the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Katowice.

He is interested in the history of architecture and design. He spends his free time hiking.

In our office he is responsible for commercial law, insurance law, transport law, debt recovery, and he represents our clients in civil and commercial court proceedings.
